Scoping The Project →
A short, initial call will be used to assess if the project is a good fit for a VIP day. From there we will lock in a strategy call where we will formulate your priority list and plan the VIP days task list.
Gathering Resources →
From our call I will send list of information I need for our project including assets, copy, email templates, and access to the required platforms. Having ALL assets before the VIP day is essential for productivity.
Relax! →
I will schedule the VIP day and go ahead with your project notes while you relax. You do not need to be online with me as I will work independently, however being available for any questions is appreciated.

Is a deposit necessary?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your VIP Day. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to begin the preparation process. The deposit amount will be detailed during our initial consultation.
What is the expected timeline?
The VIP Day itself consists of intensive, focused work completed in one day. Prior to the VIP Day, we will have a 1-hour strategy call to outline the project and provide any necessary “homework.” This preparation ensures we can be as efficient as possible on the day of execution. Time timeframe between these pieces will depend on my availability and on the time needed to collected all required assets.
What if I don’t have assets and copy?
If you do not have the necessary assets and copy ready, I can provide guidance to help you prepare these materials during our strategy call. It’s crucial to have all required assets ready before the VIP Day to ensure I can complete the project efficiently and effectively. I can arrange a pre-VIP Day project to collaborate and create the materials for you at an additional fee.
What programs will be needed?
The specific programs needed will depend on the project scope and we will discuss the requirements during our strategy call. Please note that admin or owner access will typically be needed in order to action audits and system edits.
Are bundle deals available for more than 1 VIP Day?
Yes, bundle deals are available if you have multiple projects or require additional support beyond a single VIP Day. Please contact me to discuss your needs, and I can tailor a package that provides the best value and meets your business goals.
What if that day is no longer suitable?
I understand that schedules can change. If the booked VIP Day is no longer suitable, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do our best to reschedule to a more convenient date. However, rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to additional fees.
