  • Auditing your tech stack, identifying gaps, choose the right tools to fill those gaps and integrate that new piece
  • Developing a strategic customer journey map and getting the most integral parts running

So… how does this work?

Step 1: Complete the form below so I know a bit about your business and the support you’re looking for

Step 2: Book and pay for your chosen session. These 2 hour power blocks are currently priced at $350AUD. You will get instant confirmation and reminders in advance

Step 3: We meet via Zoom with your unique goals as the focus of the session. The process typically covers time to discuss the existing tools, the process, troubleshoot obstacles and the ideal process. Then we dive into taking action with hands on support and mapping of the next steps.  

After the session you’ll feel empowered through instant action and support, you will have a clear plan, and you will get the recording to refer back to within 48hrs. 

Detailed audits can be added for $300 per system and can be provided in a video or written format.

Notification of Cancellation or Rescheduling:

We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you need to make changes, just reach out to us as soon as possible.

Please note that in the case of repeated last minute cancellations or nonattendances, we reserve the right to block future appointments. 

Refunds or Credits:

If you require a refund on a paid consultation please notify us 24hrs before your appointment. Failure to cancel will be treated as a nonattendance. In the case of a nonattendance, no refunds or credits will be given and you will forfeit your appointment.

We reserve the right to cancel consultations, provided that you are notified.
